This class was established with one goal.

To combat the physical and mental effects of the aging process and increase the vitality and functionality of its participants. 

Using a mix of strength, flexibility and mobility training systems we can directly improve the quality of tissue on your body to a firmer and more supple version of itself. During the class you will also be engaging in rigorous co-ordination based mobility exercises designed to sharpen the mind and increase mental stamina.
